We will be happy to search any area for you. We specialize in Florida and Bahamas exchanges, although we are very successful all over the US, and Hawaii, and Mexico.
Obviously the more time you give us to search; the better the chances are that we can find what you are looking for. Some destinations will always require planning of up to a year or more, just as certain times of the year will also require that kind of planning.
We search exchange requests first by doing a "regional" search based upon where and when you want to travel. We utilize multiple resources to obtain inventory; owners, developers and other timeshare exchange companies. Since we do not charge a membership fee-we do not print the catalog like the other larger companies do.
However, once we find availability in the area you are requesting, someone from our office will contact you to tell you which resort(s) is available. At that time you can go online to check out the resort(s) we are offering or refer to a catalog. Then you can say either yes or no depending on what you learn out about the resort.
You will never have to “blindly” accept a resort. You will always have the opportunity to view it. This way you can decide if the resort offers what is important to you! We are only limited to where there are timeshare resorts.
